1IN A SAUCEPAN COVER POTATOES WITH LIGHTLY SALTED WATER AND BOIL TILL TENDER.DRAIN,PEEL AND CUBE.COMBINE VINEGAR,SUGAR,CELERY SEED,MUSTARD SEED AND 1/2 TEASPOON SALT;DRIZZLE OVER STILL WARM POTATOES,TOSS COVER AND CHILL.
