Ingredients For creamy potato salad

10 mdpotatoes

1 ccelery, chopped

1/2 conion, finely chopped

1/3 csweet pickle relish

1 cmayonaise

1/2 cmiracle whip

2 tspsugar

2 tspcelery seed

2 tspvinegar

2 tspprepared mustard

1/12 tspsalt

2-3eggs, hard boiled
How To Make creamy potato salad

1Cook potatoes in boiling salted water until tender. Drain well.

2Peel and cube potatoes and transfer to a large bowl. Add celery onion, and pickle.

3In a separate bowl, combine mayonnaise, Miracle Whip, sugar, celery seed, vinegar, mustard, and salt. Add mixture to potatoes and toss lightly to coat potatoe mixture. Carefully fold int he copped eggs.

4Cover and chill thoroughly.
