Ingredients For carol's jumbo potato salad

  • 10 lb
    red potatoes
  • 20
    eggs, boiled and grated
  • 1/2
    huge onion per dishpan - cut finely
  • SAUCE
  • 5
    wooden spoons mustard, approx 7 1/2 tablespoons
  • 1/2 gal
    miracle whip
  • 1/2 c
    sugar
  • 2 c
    vinegar
  • salt
  • pepper

How To Make carol's jumbo potato salad

    Cook potatoes with skins - salt while cooking. Peel and grate potatoes. Peel eggs and grate. Add finely cut onion

    Mix all remaining ingredients with an electric mixer. Salt and pepper to taste. Be sure salad is moist.
