Ingredients For carol's jumbo potato salad

10 lbred potatoes

20eggs, boiled and grated

1/2huge onion per dishpan - cut finely
- SAUCE

5wooden spoons mustard, approx 7 1/2 tablespoons

1/2 galmiracle whip

1/2 csugar

2 cvinegar
-
salt
-
pepper
How To Make carol's jumbo potato salad

1Cook potatoes with skins - salt while cooking. Peel and grate potatoes. Peel eggs and grate. Add finely cut onion

2Mix all remaining ingredients with an electric mixer. Salt and pepper to taste. Be sure salad is moist.
