My brother James loves potato salad. Its 1 of hes favorite kinds of salad. I make it every time he comes home.

Ingredients For an american potato salad for a american hero

  • 1-1/2 lb
    new potatoes, cubed, cooked & cooled
  • 1/2 c
    green peppers, chopped
  • 1/2 c
    onions, chopped
  • 12 slice
    center cut bacon, cut into 1 inch pieces & cooked
  • 1/2 c
    miracle whip dressing
  • 1/2 tsp
    salt
  • 1/8 tsp
    black pepper

How To Make an american potato salad for a american hero

    In a large bowl combine the first 4 ingredients.

    Then mix the remaining ingredients. Add to the potato mixutre & then lightly mix.

    Refrigerate for several hours or until chilled.

    Special Tip: Stir in 1 Tbsp. GREY POUPON Dijon Mustard into the salad before chilling.
