Ingredients For all american red, white, and blue potato salad

2 2/3 lbunpeeled red skinned potatoes, cut into 1 1/2 inch cubes

1/2-2/3 cmayonnaise, regular or non-far

1/4 -1/3 csour cream, regular or nonfat

1/2 tspsalt

1/2 tsppepper

1 Tbspapple cider vinegar

4-6 slicebacon, chopped finely and fried until crisp

6green onions, sliced thinly, green parts only

4 ozblue cheese, crumbled
How To Make all american red, white, and blue potato salad

1Cook potatoes in water until tender. Drain off the water.

2Mix up mayonnaise, sour cream, salt, pepper, vinegar in a large bowl.

3Add the potatoes, bacon, green onions and mix up. Next add the blue cheese and combine gently.

4This can be eaten immediately or refrigerated until later.
