Ingredients For wonderful confetti salad

1 c

lite mayonnaise
3 Tbsp

cider vinegar
1 Tbsp

milk
1-1/2 tsp

dry mustard
salt and pepper to taste
1-1/2 c

rotelle pasta
2 c

finely shredded red cabbage
1 c

shredded carrots
1 lg

green bell pepper, cut into thin strips

How To Make wonderful confetti salad

Cook pasta as directed, drain. Cool. In lg bowl, combine mayonnaise, vinegar, milk, and mustard. Mix well.

Season to taste w/ salt and pepper. Add pasta, cabbage, carrots and bell pepper. Toss gently to coat evenly. Cover. Chill for 1 hr.
