turkey pasta salad

We had a large Turkey for Thanksgiving this year. I was running out of ideas to use it up. I took the meat off the bones and froze it until I could figure out what to do with it all. This is an idea I came up with for something quick. It's definitely a hit!

Ingredients For turkey pasta salad

  • 2 c
    turkey meat, diced. i used white and dark meat.
  • 12 oz
    pkg. medium egg noodles, cooked as directed
  • 1/2 sm
    onion, diced small
  • 12-15
    black seedless grapes, diced
  • 4
    eggs, hard boiled, cooled and diced
  • 1-2 c
    real mayo; use your own judgement here.
  • 2 stalk
    celery, diced small. if you don't have celery, use 1/2-1 tsp. celery salt. taste after final mixing before adding salt.
  • salt and freshly ground pepper, to taste

How To Make turkey pasta salad

  • 1
    Rinse noodles under cold water to start the chilling process. Drain well.
  • 2
    Combine all ingredients except salt in a large bowl. Mix well and taste. Add salt, if needed, to your liking.

    Transfer to dish with lid and chill completely before serving.
