turkey pasta salad
We had a large Turkey for Thanksgiving this year. I was running out of ideas to use it up. I took the meat off the bones and froze it until I could figure out what to do with it all. This is an idea I came up with for something quick. It's definitely a hit!

Ingredients For turkey pasta salad

2 cturkey meat, diced. i used white and dark meat.

12 ozpkg. medium egg noodles, cooked as directed

1/2 smonion, diced small

12-15black seedless grapes, diced
-
4eggs, hard boiled, cooled and diced

1-2 creal mayo; use your own judgement here.

2 stalkcelery, diced small. if you don't have celery, use 1/2-1 tsp. celery salt. taste after final mixing before adding salt.

salt and freshly ground pepper, to taste
How To Make turkey pasta salad

1Rinse noodles under cold water to start the chilling process. Drain well.

2Combine all ingredients except salt in a large bowl. Mix well and taste. Add salt, if needed, to your liking.

3Transfer to dish with lid and chill completely before serving.
