A dear friend at church brought this salad to one of our potlucks and it was a favorite of all! ENJOY!

Ingredients For tortellini salad with rotisserie chicken

2 pkgtortellini from the refrigerated section; 1 three cheese and 1 garlic cheese

1rotisserie chicken cut into bite-sized pieces

1container grape tomatoes, cut into half

1head of broccoli florets

1 pkgsliced mushrooms

1medium sized can of black olives, drained and sliced

1 jarmarinated artichoke hearts, cut up into small pieces

1 bottlegood seasons romano basil vinegarette salad dressing or robusto italian
How To Make tortellini salad with rotisserie chicken

1The broccoli will absorb the dressing better if steamed or blanched. Mix all ingredients together; add broccoli next to last; just before adding tortellini. Add dressing; I use the entire bottle of dressing. We like the Robusto Italian but it is whatever you prefer. This salad can really be made with whatever vegetable you prefer. I have even used canned chicken or you can use chicken breasts. I do not like raw mushrooms so I omit them. It makes a huge bowl and the longer it sits, the better the flavor is. Refrigerate for at least three hours before serving. DELISH!!
