This is a salad I put together for a church get-together. It was a hit and the leftovers was brought home and everyone I make it for can not put it down. I hope your family enjoys it as much as mine.

Ingredients For super pasta salad
-
1 pkgtri color rotini pasta noodles
-
1 lbpepperoni from the deli with the largest cut setting possible
-
1 pkggrape tomatoes
-
4 spriggreen onion
-
1 mdbell pepper
-
1 mdenglish cucumber
-
1 jarroasted red mild peppers
-
1 jarpickled banana pepper mild
-
1 pkgcrumbled feta cheese garlic or tomato basil flavored
-
1 pkgalmonds, sliced and garlic roasted (found in produce section)
-
1 pkgsmall of fresh grated parmesan cheese
-
1-2 lgbottles of italian dressing with romano or parmesan cheese in the dressing
How To Make super pasta salad

1Boil the pasta noodles as the package requires till aldente
-
2after the pasta is cooked to aldente drain the water off of the noodles then in a strainer add a couple of handfuls of ice and put over noodles as well as run cold water over the noodles so the noodles can be very cool

3In a large plastic bowl with lid put in the following ingredients

4cut the thickly sliced pepperoni from deli into chunks

5cut the tomatoes in half

6snip the green onion sprigs into the salad

7chop the bell pepper and slice the cucumber to a 1/4 of inch
-
8drain liquid off of the roasted red peppers and drain the liquid off the banana peppers and slice the red peppers; add all to the bowl
-
9when the pasta is cooled and completely drained add to the bowl and add the cheeses and almonds
-
10after shaking up the dressing, squeeze one bottle of dressing into the bowl
-
11put the lid on the bowl and shake the salad vigorously and if the dressing is not enough to coat all ingredients add as much needed from the other bottle. Refrigerate until ready to eat and then enjoy.
