Ingredients For sundried tomatoes and artichoke pasta

1 pkgmostacolli pasta, 12 to 16 oz

2 Tbspolive oil

1 mdonion, chopped
-
2-4 clovegarlic, chopped

1 canartichoke hearts in water, drained

1 jarsun dried tomatoes, in oil, 8 oz

1/2 cbread crumbs
-
1/2 cfresh parsley, chopped or 1/4 cup dried parsley
-
1 cpasta water
-
1 cparmesan cheese
How To Make sundried tomatoes and artichoke pasta

1Cook pasta.

2While pasta is cooking, heat oil in large skillet; add onion and garlic. Cook til onion is soft; add artichokes, sun dried tomatoes, bread crumbs and parsley; heat through.

3Add 2 ladles of water pasta is cooking in, to artichoke mixture. Drain pasta and add to artichoke mixture. Transfer to serving dish and sprinkle with Parmesan cheese. Serves 10 From Tasty Temptations
