Ingredients For spinach salad with sweet italian dressing

    (10-16 ounces) salad ready fresh spinach
  • 2
    hard boiled eggs, chopped
  • 1
    (2 ounce) can sliced black olives
  • 1/4 c
    thinly sliced red onion
  • 1 c
    shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1 can
    cannellini beans, rinsed and drained
  • SWEET ITALIAN DRESSING:
  • 1/3 c
    sugar
  • 1
    envelope dry italian salad dressing mix
  • 3 clove
    garlic, minced
  • 3/4 c
    apple cider vinegar
  • 3/4 c
    water
  • 3/4 c
    olive oil

How To Make spinach salad with sweet italian dressing

    Toss together all salad ingredients. Set aside

    To make salad dressing: In a small bowl, combine the sugar, salad dressing mix, garlic, vinegar and water; gradually whisk in oil.

    Pour desired amount over salad greens mixture and toss. Serve cold. Store remaining dressing in refrigerator. Dressing keeps for at least 4-6 weeks.
