1 1/2 tspsugar

1/2 tspdried oregano

1/2 tspdried basil

1/2 tspsalt

1/4 tspfresh cracked black pepper

1/3 colive oil
- SPAGHETTI SALAD

12 ozspaghetti noodles
-
2 tspolive oil
-
1 cchopped english cucumber
-
1 cgrape tomatoes sliced in half
-
1/2green bell pepper chopped
-
1/2yellow (or red) bell pepper chopped

1/4 csliced black olives
-
1/4 cthinly sliced red onion
-
1/4 csliced pepperocinis
-
1/3 cchopped hard salami
-
2 Tbspgrated fresh parmesan
How To Make spaghetti salad

1In small bowl whisk together red wine vinegar, garlic, sugar, oregano, basil, salt and pepper. Slowly whisk in olive oil.

2Cook spaghetti according to package instructions. Drain well and cool.

3In a large bowl toss cooked spaghetti with 2 teaspoons olive oil. Add cucumbers, tomatoes, bell peppers, black olives, onions, pepperoncinis, hard salami and Parmesan Cheese. Drizzle with the Italian dressing and toss to coat.
