My husband asked for a non-traditional pasta Salad over Memorial Day Weekend and this is was I came up with. Simple and very tasty.

Ingredients For southwest chipotle pasta salad

1 pkgmulticolor spiral noodles

1 candrained chick peas

1 can2.25 oz. sliced black olives

1red bell pepper, chopped

1 smonion
-
1 mdbroccoli crown cut up small (about 1 1/2 cups)

1/4 lbsliced pepperoni
-
1 csalomi bite sizes
-
2 cprovolone cheese, thick sliced and cut into bite sizes

1 cshredded pepperjack cheese

1 1/2 csliced cherry or grape tomatoes

2 chidden valley southwest chipotle salad dressing
How To Make southwest chipotle pasta salad

1Cook the pasta noodles, drain.

2In a large bowl add your cooked pasta, veggies, meats, and cheese. Pur salad dressing over and mix well. Cover and refrigerate for at least one hour before serving.

3Note: You can add any type of veggies to this and even any type of beans like black beans. I used what I had on hand.
