Ingredients For sesame napa pasta salad

1 mdhead napa cabbage

1 lbspaghetti, cooked

4-6green onions, thin sliced
- TOPPING

2 pkgramen noodles, broken into small pieces

1 csliced almonds
- DRESSING

1/4 ccider vinegar
-
1/2 csugar
-
1/2 cvegetable oil
-
1/2 tspsesame oil
-
2 Tbsptamari or soy sauce

salt and pepper to taste
How To Make sesame napa pasta salad

1Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Mix together the ramen and slivered almonds. Place on baking sheet. Bake in preheated oven until slightly browned - about 10 minutes. Check frequently to prevent burning. Set aside to cool.

2Cook pasta according to package directions. Cool and place in large bowl

3Add thin sliced green onions and shredded Napa cabbage to pasta.

4Dressing

5Mix together tamari, vegetable oil, sugar, vinegar and sesame oil and salt and pepper.

6Add about half to pasta and Napa mixture. Mix well. taste and add more dressing if needed. You want the salad coated but not drowned in dressing.

7Serve almonds and ramen on the side. Or, add just before serving (to prevent ramen from getting soggy).
