This is one of those side dishes you can prepare in the morning and when evening comes. You can go outside and throw you a steak or some burgers on the grill. Then you already have the side dish prepared.

Ingredients For rotini pasta salad

  • 1 lb
    rotini pasta
  • 1 sm
    purple onion -- chopped
  • 1 sm
    green bell pepper -- chopped
  • 1 sm
    red bell pepper -- chopped
  • 2 md
    celery stalks -- chopped
  • 1 c
    fresh mushrooms
  • 1/2 c
    sliced black olives
  • 1 (med) bottle
    zesty italian dressing

How To Make rotini pasta salad

    Prepare your pasta as directed on box.
  • 2
    While pasta is cooking; prepare your veggies.
  • 3
    When your pasta is done cooking; drain and rinse your pasta in cold water. Then transfer to a large salad bowl.

    Add all your veggies to the pasta and toss them together. Then you can mix in your Zesty Italian Dressing.

    Put your pasta salad in your refrigerator for 2 to 3 hours so it can chill.
