Great recipe for family, friends and church functions. There are many versions to this recipe this is mine. It is a Family Reunion Favorite, the crunch from the noodles, and the crisp broccoli, and the sweet & sour flavors from the dressing, we just love it. I always double the recipe when I make it for a large gathering.

Ingredients For rose mary's oriental pasta salad
- SALAD INGREDIENTS

1 lbbroccoli slaw,
-
1/2 lbbroccoli floweretts

1 bunchgreen onions, chopped small
-
2 pkgramen noodles, (chicken flavor)

1 lgred bell pepper, chopped
-
1 cslivered almonds
-
1 csun flower seeds
-
6-8 ozfresh snow peas, washed, & stems removed, cut into smaller pieces
- DRESSING:

1 colive oil or vegetable oil
-
1/3 cwhite vinegat
-
1/2 csplenda, or granulated sugar

2seasoning packets from noodles
How To Make rose mary's oriental pasta salad

1Crunch noodles into small pieces. Then in a large bowl combine noodles with remaining salad ingredients, and stir to mix.

2For the dressing combine all of the ingredients including both seasoning packets from the noodles. Pour into a cruet or jar with a tight fitting lid, and SHAKE VIGOROUSLY until sugar has dissolved. Leave in refrigerator till ready to serve, then shake again just before serving.

3Just before serving pour dressing over salad and toss well and serve. Garnish with extra strips of bell pepper if desired.

4Note: There is never enough broccoli floweretts in the bsg of broccoli slaw, hence the addition of the half pound, I also like fresh snow peas, so I usually wash trim & cut them into thirds to get them evenly distributed through out the salad. It is really good.
