No matter where I go for a pot luck or a picnic I'm told to bring my Roni Salad. It's my grandmas recipe and everyone that tries it loves it.

Ingredients For moms moms macaroni salad

1 boxpasta (i like the twists) cooked

10hard boiled eggs

1 1/2 cmayonnaise (might need more later) kraft mayo works best

1medium onion

1pepper (any color) or a combination of colors

3Tgarlic powder

2Tcelery salt
How To Make moms moms macaroni salad

1Boil pasta and eggs I do this together, just put the eggs in before the pasta. Cool pasta but don't rinse, cool eggs in ice water.

2While pasta is cooking chop onion and pepper, using several different color peppers makes it pretty.

3Add onion and pepper to cooled pasta then add garlic powder and celery salt, stir well then add mayo.

4Chop up 6 eggs and add to pasta. Let sit for an hour or so then taste, you might have to add more mayo and spices to taste.

5When done slice last egg and arrange on top for decoration. Enjoy!
