Ingredients For ramen noodle salad

2 pkgramen noodles, crushed

1 smhead of cabbage, shredded

1/2 calmonds

4-5green onions, thinly sliced

1/4 csunflower seeds

1/4-1/2 cbutter or margarine
- IN FRYING PAN TOAST ALMONDS, NOODLES AND SUNFLOWER SEEDS IN BUTTER. SHRED CABBAGE. ADD COOLED TOASTED NOODLE MIXTURE TO CABBAGE.
- DRESSING:

1/2 coil

2 Tbspsoy sauce
-
1/2 csugar
-
1/4 cwhite vinegar

1Shake dressing in a jar to dissolve sugar and pour over salad just before serving. Makes 4-6 servings.
