1 1/2 csummer sausage or salami, cubed

1 1/2 cSwiss cheese, cubed

How To Make quick summer tortellini salad

1Cook the tortellini in boiling, salted water for 5 minutes.

2Rinse with cold water and cool.

3In a large bowl combine cubed sausage and cheese with the black olives, sliced mushrooms, and minced green onions.
