potluck seafood salad

The original recipe was passed from my grandmother to my aunt to my cousin to myself. If ever there was a classic pot luck salad this is it. Over the years certain ingredients have been updated but the taste is still phenomenal. I get asked for the recipe every time I bring it some where. I use imitation crab meat as I can rarely afford lump crab meat, and my grandfather was allergic to true crab. I believe this would be just as good with true lump crab meat, though. Sorry for not having exact measurements on all the ingredients, it's also one of those salads that you keep adding to until it looks pretty. To each their own! Enjoy :)

How To Make potluck seafood salad
-
1In a large mixing bowl combine all the ingredients, except the pasta, stir well.
-
2Add the pasta and stir gently and thoroughly to combine. Refrigerate for 1 hour to over night. The longer it sits the better it tastes. You may need to add more mayo the next day as the noodles will absorb some. Be sure to taste before serving in case you need to add more spices.
