I got my hands on this recipes 17 years ago and it is the most requested by my friends for me to bring to gatherings. The flavors are amazing and as you make it more you find your own little twists on the recipe to personalize it to your liking. Absolutley my favorite by far.

Ingredients For pizza pasta salad

1 lbtri colored spiral macaroni, cooked and drained

3 mdtomatoes, diced and seeded

1 lbcheddar cheese cubed

1 to 2 bunchgreen onions, sliced

3 ozsliced pepperoni

3/4 cvegetable oil

2/3grated parmesan cheese

1/2 cred wine vinegar
-
2 tspdried oregano
-
1 tspgarlic powder
-
1 tspsalt
-
1/4 tsppepper
How To Make pizza pasta salad

1In a large bowl, combine macaroni, tomatoes, cheddar cheese, green onions and pepperoni. In a small bowl, combine oil, Parmesan cheese, vinegar and seasonings: pour over macaroni mixture. Cover and refrigerate for several hours.

2When I make this dish for the cheese I use 1/2 pound pepper jack cheese and 1/2 pound of pepperoni cheddar cheese. It gives the dish a nice flair. Also I make a double batch of the the dressing ~ I find the noodles absorb the dressing rather quickly this was I am able to add more when needed. If any left over makes a great salad dressing.
