Ingredients For picnic mac salad

  • 1 pkg
    (7-1/4 oz) kraft macaroni & cheese
  • 1/2 c
    mayonnaise
  • 1/2 c
    chopped sweet pickle or pickle relish
  • 1 lg
    tomato, chopped
  • 8 slice
    crisply cooked bacon, crumbled
  • 3
    hard boiled eggs, chopped

How To Make picnic mac salad

  • 1
    Prepare the macaroni and cheese as directed on the package.
  • 2
    Add all the other ingredients. Mix well and chill several hours or overnight.
  • 3
    If salad appears dry when serving, you may add a little more mayo or juice from the pickle relish.
