My mom gave me this recipe and she s not sure where it came from but its delicious when cold its even better if you let it sit over night. Its perfect to take to bbq's picnics because there is no mayonnaise in it . its cool and refreshing on a hot summer day!

Ingredients For pasta salad

  • 1 can
    chunk pineapple
  • 1 box
    tri-colored rotini pasta
  • 1 pkg
    sugar snap peas
  • 1 pkg
    sliced carrots
  • 1 bottle
    zesty italian dressing

How To Make pasta salad

    Cook pasta according to package directions drain and rinse in cold water set aside
  • 2
    Mix together carrots, sugar snap peas, and can of pineapple put in the pasta stirring all ingredients together then add whole bottle of italian dressing. toss until the dressing and the vegetables are mixed together

    refrigerate for 1 hour or until chilled much better if chilled overnight
