I got this from a friend that worked at a daycare with me. I had to trade a few of my recipes to get this one. I do not stick tight to this recipe though. I find I like it with a little more vinegar and less sugar. Just adjust it to fit your taste.

Ingredients For pasta salad

1 lbbow tie pasta

1 cwhite vinegar

1 csugar

1can sweetened condensed milk

1 tspsalt

1/4 tspblack pepper

2 cmayo

1 lggreen bell pepper, chopped fine

1 mdonion, chopped fine

2ribs of celery, chopped fine
How To Make pasta salad

1Cook pasta, drain, and cool.

2In a large bowl, combine vinegar, milk, salt, pepper, mayo, and sugar. Mix in onion, bell pepper, and celery. Mix pasta in bowl.

3Cover and refrigerate over night. Stir before serving.
