Ingredients For pasta chicken salad

  • 2 lb
    pasta of choice (bow tie, spiral etc)-cooked and drained
  • 4
    chicken breasts, boneless and skinless- boiled and drained
  • 1 can
    siced water chestnuts-drained
  • 1 can
    20 oz pineapple tidbits-drained
  • 1 pkg
    craisins
  • 1 c
    chopped celery
  • 1 c
    chopped cashews
  • 1 c
    fresh red seedless grapes-cut in half
  • 1 bunch
    scallions-chopped
  • 1 bottle
    16 oz marzetti's cole slaw dressing
  • salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 pinch
    celery salt (optional)
  • 1 pinch
    garlic powder (optional)

How To Make pasta chicken salad

    Chop your chicken into bite size pieces. Mix all together and pour dressing on it right before time to serve to preserve the "crunch".

    **Note** This recipe can be easily halved if not feeding an army!!
