This is my best Pema and I would like to share with all of you, since the holidays are upon us I thought you would enjoy this flavorful dish. If you do not want to make this much just cut the ingredients in half. Enjoy my family and friends love Pema and so will you

1/2 bagsliced pepperoni (cut in half)

1/2 jargreen olives (sliced)

4 stalkcelery (the inside small stalks)

1onion coarsely chopped

1yellow pepper (chopped)

1green pepper (chopped)

1/2 canblack olives ( sliced)

1 lbhot pepper cheese (cubed up in small chunks)

1 lblebanon bologna (cubed in small chunks)

1 lbhard salami (cubed in small chunks)

1 lbblack forest ham (cubed in small chunks)

1 lbprovolone cheese (cubed)

1 lbsmoked swiss cheese (cubed)

2tomatoes (chopped)

2 bottlekens caesar salad dressing

1 Tbspfresh garlic (minced)

1 Tbspdry cilantro
How To Make p. e. m. a. anti-pasta salad

1In a large bowl put all ingredients in and top with the fresh garlic and cilantro. Do not stir only fold to combine.

2This needs to be made the day before to sit overnight, then in morning just fold all ingredients again should not need anymore dressing
