I love all kinds of pasta salads. I decided to make something a little different today. I created this salad to be lower in fat. The mayo is Cholesterol free. This pasta salad has a lot of flavor. You would never know it was lower fat. It is a little sweet with a little kick . It is delicious. Enjoy all!

Ingredients For nor's healthier pasta salad with a twist

1 lbfarfalle pasta ( bow tie)

1chopped red bell pepper

1/2a sweet vahdallia onion chopped

1/2 cshredded carrot if desired

3chopped stalks pf celery
-
1can delmonte summer crisp corn or fresh corn

1 Tbspapple cider vinegar

1 Tbspsugar
-
1 tspdijon mustard
-
2 tspcelery flakes
-
1/4 tspcayenne pepper

1/2 tspgarlic salt
-
1/2 tsppaprika
-
1/2 tspsalt
-
1/2 tspblack pepper fresh ground

2 Tbspparsley flakes

1 chellmans light, olive oil mayo, or cholesterol free canola mayonaise
How To Make nor's healthier pasta salad with a twist

1In a large bowl. Mix the vinegar and sugar together. Add in the mayonnaise, spices, and herbs. Mix well !

2Cook the pasta per directions on the box. Drain and cool.

3Add the chopped pepper onions, corn and celery to the mayonnaise mixture. Add in the Farfalle. Combine well Cover and chill until ready to serve.
