I concocted this one night while trying to figure out something to eat without going to the store. Very light, works well with mexican food.

Ingredients For mucho grande pasta salad

1 boxtri colored rotini noodles

2 smroma tomatoes
-
1/2 mdred onion
-
1 bunchcilantro, fresh

3 Tbsplime juice
-
1 Tbspoil
-
1 1/2 Tbspred wine vinegar

1/8 csugar
-
salt and pepper to taste
How To Make mucho grande pasta salad

1Boil noodles in salty water as directed on the package. Drain.

2Mix oil, vinegar and lime juice in a bowl, add sugar and wisk.

3Chop onions, and tomatos into small pieces. Rough chop cilantro.

4Mix pasta and veggies in dressing toss, add salt and pepper to taste and put in the refridgerator. Stir before serving.
