I'm always asked to bring this to family reunions and picnics. So delicious and easy to make. I came from a big family and growing up Mom used to make this just for the family.

Ingredients For mom's tuna macaroni salad for a crowd

32 ozbox elbow macaroni

1 lgcan tuna drained

15 ozcan sweet peas drained

1 lgjar pimentos drained

10 ozjar dill relish

1jumbo red onion diced

8 lgeggs boiled

1 qtmiracle whip

1/2 cyellow mustard
-
3 Tbspapple cider vinegar

1 1/2 csugar

2 cmilk
-
3 Tbspcelery seed divided

salt and pepper to taste

2 Tbsppaprika
How To Make mom's tuna macaroni salad for a crowd

1Cook the macaroni in salted boiling water and drain and let cool down.

2Place the onion, pimentos, tuna, peas, and relish in a large bowl. Add the macaroni. Chop 5 of the eggs and add to the salad.

3In a separate bowl mix the Miracle whip, apple cider vinegar, mustard, sugar, 2 tbsp. celery seed, salt and pepper and milk. whisk until smooth,

4Pour over the macaroni mix and mix well until combined. slice the remaining eggs and lay over top. Sprinkle with paprika and the remaining celery seed.
