This salad was given to me from a good friend didn't have a name so I named it after her this was many years ago, I ask her if I could post it as mine she said she didn't mind so here it is. Enjoy

Ingredients For mardy mac salad

  • 1 lb
    macaroni (i use shells cooked)
  • 1 md
    onion ( diced)
  • 1 lg
    green pepper (diced)
  • 4 sm
    carrots ( diced small)
  • 1 clove
    garlic ( diced)
  • DRESSING
  • 1/2 c
    white vinigar
  • 1/4 c
    sugar
  • 1/2 c
    evapoated milk
  • 1 c
    mayo (i use mirical whip)

How To Make mardy mac salad

    Mix dressing ingredients together.
  • 2
    Pour over other ingredients mix well chill 1 hour before serving (at least).

    This salad is good for days and the longer it sits the better it tastes.
