Ingredients For deli macaroni salad

  • 16 oz
    pkg. macaroni
  • 16 oz
    can green peas, drained
  • 1 bunch
    green onions
  • 2 lg
    celery stalks, diced
  • 4 md
    radishes,diced
  • 1 c
    miracle whip salad dressing or mayonnaise
  • 1 c
    mayo
  • 1/2 c
    poppy seed dressing
  • 1 Tbsp
    granulated sugar, to taste
  • 5 lg
    eggs, hardboiled and chopped
  • 1 tsp
    pepper
  • 1 tsp
    seasoned salt

How To Make deli macaroni salad

  • 1
    Cook macaroni with the salt added. Cook al dente. Drain. In a large bowl; mix together the celery,onion, eggs, peas, and radishes. Combine salad dressing, mayo, poppy seed dressing sugar, seasoned salt and pepper. Pour mixture over cooked macaroni, stir to combine; chill in refrigerator for at least 6 to 8 hours or overnight ;until ready to serve. The salad will absorb the liquid and meld the flavors together.
