Ingredients For macaroni salad

  • 1 pkg
    salad macaroni
  • 12
    hard boiled eggs
  • 6 slice
    ham (1/4 inch thick)
  • 6 slice
    cheddar cheese (1/4 inch thick)
  • 3
    green onions
  • 1 jar
    mayonnaise
  • mustard
  • salt and pepper

How To Make macaroni salad

  • 1
    Boil noodles according to package directions.
  • 2
    While noodles boil, chop up eggs, dice green onions, and cut ham and cheese into small, square chunks. Set aside.

    Drain noodles and rinse in cold water. Add to large bowl.
  • 4
    Add eggs, green onions, ham and cheese and bowl. Mix well.

    Add almost full jar of mayo.
  • 6
    Just add a squirt or two of mustard.

    Keep adding mayo until nice and moist.
  • 8
    Add salt & pepper to taste.
