South Louisiana is teeming with good Shrimp among other seafood. On those hot, lazy day's of summer this is a good cool recipe! This is also a good brunch recipe.

Ingredients For louisiana shrimp macaroni salad

  • 1 lb
    large shrimp,cooked, shelled and deveined
  • 2 c
    pasta, cooked
  • 1/2 c
    celery, chopped
  • 2 Tbsp
    onions, chopped
  • 1/2 c
    mayonnaise
  • 1/2 c
    sour cream
  • stuffed olives

How To Make louisiana shrimp macaroni salad
