Ingredients For kitty's italian pasta salad

  • 4 c
    vegetable pasta spirals (raw)
  • 1 md
    red pepper
  • 2 sm
    bunches of fresh brocolli
  • 3 md
    tomatoes
  • 1 pkg
    turkey or beef pepperoni slices, turkey is 70% less fat and has a bit milder flavor (6 oz size pkg)
  • 1 can
    black olives (5.75 oz.)
  • 1/4 c
    fresh grated parmesan cheese
  • 1 c
    italian salad dressing

How To Make kitty's italian pasta salad

    Cook pasta in boiling water for till el dente' about 8 minutes

    While pasta is cooking wash and chop all the vegetables, pepperoni, and olives

    Drain and rinse pasta in cold water

    Mix everything together in a very large mixing bowl

    Add dressing and grated cheese.

    Toss lightly then refrigerate till time to serve
