Ingredients For healthy greek pasta salad

    lemon juice
  • 1/4 c
    plain, fat-free greek yogurt
  • 1 Tbsp
    olive oil, extra virgin
  • 1 tsp
    dried oregano
  • 1/4 tsp
    salt
  • 2 c
    whole wheat penne pasta
  • 12
    cherry tomatoes, halved
  • 1
    cuumber, seeded and diced
  • 3/4 c
    drained garbanzo beans
  • 1/4 c
    sliced, pitted kalamata olives
  • 1/2 c
    low-fat crumbled feta cheese
  • pepper for seasoning

How To Make healthy greek pasta salad

    In a bowl, whisk together lemon kuice, yogurt, oil, oregano and salt. Cook pasta as directed , drain, cool.

    Add to dressing in lg bowl, the pasta. Add tomatoes, cucumber, beans and olives.. Let cool. Stir in feta cheese ans season w/ pepper.
