Ingredients For hawaiian potato salad

1 1/2 lbpotatoes, peeled, cooked, chopped

1 cmacaroni, cooked, drained

1/2 cshredded carrots

3green onions, finely chopped

3 lghard boiled eggs, peeled, chopped

1 cfrozen peas, defrosted

salt and pepper, to taste

3sweet pickles, coarsley chopped, optional

2 stalkcelery, chopped, optional
- DRESSING:

1 1/4 cmayonnaise

2 Tbspsweet pickle juice
-
1 Tbspmustard
How To Make hawaiian potato salad

1In a small bowl, mix together dressing ingredients, set aside.

2Place the cooked potatoes, macaroni, diced eggs, carrots, peas, green onions, in a large bowl.

3Add the the dressing and gently stir to combine.
