    elbow macaroni
  • 1/2 c
    apple cider vinegar
  • 2 c
    mayonnaise
  • 1 3/4 c
    milk
  • 1 Tbsp
    brown sugar
  • 1 tsp
    salt
  • 1 tsp
    pepper
  • 1 bunch
    green onions, chopped
  • 1 c
    carrots, shredded
  • 1/2
    red onion, diced
  • 1
    stalk celery, finely diced

How To Make hawaiian macaroni salad

    Cook macaroni the full time. Drain and immediately add the vinegar. Let sit until cool.

    Mix together the mayonnaise, milk, brown sugar, salt, and pepper.
