Oh my gosh, such a good picnic meal! Delicious ham, cheese, and bacon mingle with a dressing of mayonnaise, sour cream, and Dijon mustard! An easy salad for a main meal or a side dish for the summer. It’s been unusually hot this year in the state of Alabama, so some of the salads I’ve been making have been so wonderful to cool everyone down.

Ingredients For ham, cheese, and bacon pasta salad

  • PASTA SALAD
  • 10 oz
    ditalini pasta
  • 1 pt
    cherry tomatoes, cut in half
  • 1 c
    diced ham
  • 1/2 md
    red onion, diced small
  • 1 c
    cubed cheese
  • 1 lg
    English cucumber, sliced and cut into quarters
  • 1 Tbsp
    dried dill
  • 1 tsp
    garlic powder
  • 1 tsp
    onion powder
  • 1 c
    cooked crumbled bacon
  • DRESSING
  • 1 c
    mayonnaise
  • 1/2 c
    sour cream
  • 2 Tbsp
    Dijon mustard
  • 1/2 tsp
    salt

How To Make ham, cheese, and bacon pasta salad

    Cook pasta till al dente. Drain and rinse with cold water. Set aside until thoroughly drained.

    To make the dressing, add all ingredients to a large bowl and whisk until completely combined.

    Add remaining pasta salad ingredients then add the drained pasta.

    Stir with a large spoon until everything Is coated with the dressing. Seal the bowl and chill for 3 to 4 hours before serving or overnight.
