With fresh ingredients, feta cheese and a lovely dressing, this colorful salad is perfect for summer!

Ingredients For greek tuna pasta salad

  • 1 box
    tri-color rotini pasta, cooked according to package directions
  • 1 can
    (133 g) chunk light tuna in water, drained and flaked
  • 2/3 c
    cucumber, sliced and quartered
  • 2/3 c
    red peppers, finely diced
  • 1/2 c
    celery, finely diced
  • 1/3 c
    red onions, finely chopped
  • 3/4 c
    roma tomatoes (about 2 large), seeded and finely diced
  • 3/4 c
    feta cheese, crumbled
  • 1/3 c
    black olives, sliced
  • 1/2 c
    greek salad dressing, or to taste
  • freshly ground black pepper, to taste
  • 1 Tbsp
    fresh chopped parsley, garnish

How To Make greek tuna pasta salad

    In a large bowl, add cooked rotini pasta, tuna, cucumbers, red peppers, celery, and red onions; toss to blend.
  • 2
    Add Roma tomatoes, feta cheese and black olives; gently toss again.
  • 3
    Pour in a little bit of Greek salad dressing and toss before adding a little bit more if needed or until the ingredients are lightly coated; season with salt and pepper.

    Before serving, garnish with freshly chopped parsley and toss one more time to mix.
