1 boxtri-color rotini pasta, cooked according to package directions

1 can(133 g) chunk light tuna in water, drained and flaked

2/3 ccucumber, sliced and quartered
-
2/3 cred peppers, finely diced
-
1/2 ccelery, finely diced
-
1/3 cred onions, finely chopped
-
3/4 croma tomatoes (about 2 large), seeded and finely diced
-
3/4 cfeta cheese, crumbled
-
1/3 cblack olives, sliced
-
1/2 cgreek salad dressing, or to taste
-
freshly ground black pepper, to taste
-
1 Tbspfresh chopped parsley, garnish
How To Make greek tuna pasta salad

1In a large bowl, add cooked rotini pasta, tuna, cucumbers, red peppers, celery, and red onions; toss to blend.

2Add Roma tomatoes, feta cheese and black olives; gently toss again.
-
3Pour in a little bit of Greek salad dressing and toss before adding a little bit more if needed or until the ingredients are lightly coated; season with salt and pepper.

4Before serving, garnish with freshly chopped parsley and toss one more time to mix.
