Ingredients For greek spinach and orzo salad

8 cbaby spinach leaves ( stems removed)

1/2 cred onion- diced or sliced thin

1/3 boxorzo pasta (cooked)

1/2 cpine nuts - toasted in oven

4 ozfeta cheese - crumbled

1/2 bottlegreek vinaigrette ( prefer marie's)

1/4 bottlelemon vinaigrette ( marzetti')

4 ozgrape tomatoes (optional)
How To Make greek spinach and orzo salad

1Wash and drain baby spinach leaves, remove stems.

2Cook orzo pasta according to directions on box.

3Slice or chop red onion: Toast pine nuts in 350 oven for 5-10 minutes ( foil or cookie sheet). If desired slice grape tomatoes in half.

4Combine both types of prepared salad dressing mentioned in recipe. Add all ingredients in salad bowl and toss with the combined dressing to taste.
