Ingredients For greek pasta salad

  • 1 1/4 c
    uncooked rosamarina pasta (orzo), 8-ounces
  • 2 c
    thinly sliced cucumber
  • 1/2 c
    chopped red onion
  • 1/2 c
    italian dressing
  • 1 md
    tomato, chopped (3/4 cup)
  • 16 oz
    garbanzo beans, rinsed and drained
  • 1/2 c
    crumbled feta cheese (2 oz)
  • 4 oz
    canned sliced ripe olives, drained

How To Make greek pasta salad

    Cook and drain pasta as directed on package. Rinse with cold water; drain.

    Mix pasta and remaining ingredients except cheese in glass or plastic bowl. Cover and refrigerate at least 1 hour to blend flavors but no longer than 24 hours.
