This recipe is so different from the "typical" tuna macaroni salad. It's light ad yummy and with graduation parties, it's bound to be a hit.

Ingredients For garden tuna macaroni salad

  • 2 c
    uncooked elbow macaroni
  • 1 can
    6 oz. light water-packed tuna, drained and flaked
  • 2/3 c
    chopped yellow pepper
  • 2/3 c
    chopped celery
  • 1/2 c
    shredded carrot
  • 1/4 c
    diced radishes
  • 2
    green onions, chopped
  • 2 Tbsp
    minced fresh parsley
  • 3/4 c
    mayonnaise
  • 1/2 c
    ranch dressing
  • 1/4 c
    grated parmesan cheese
  • 2 tsp
    coarsley ground pepper

How To Make garden tuna macaroni salad

  • 1
    Cook macaroni according to package directions. Meanwhile, in a large bowl, combine the tuna, vegetables and parsley. Drain macaroni and rinse in cold water; add to tuna mixture.

    In a small bowl, combine the mayonnaise, ranch dressing, Parmesan cheese and pepper. Pour over salad and toss to coat. Serve immediately or refrigerate.
