Ingredients For garden pasta salad

12 oztri-colored twist pasta

3 cbroccoli florets
-
1/2 lbfresh mushrooms, quartered

1sliced red onion
-
1red bell pepper, cut into strips

110-1/2 oz can chicken broth
-
2 tspdried basil
-
1 tspdried thyme
-
1/4 tspcrushed red pepper flakes

1/2 tspsalt
-
16 ozlight sour cream
How To Make garden pasta salad

1Cook pasta as directed, drain, place in a lg bowl. Spray a lg skillet w/ cooking spray, place over med-high heat.

2Add broccoli, mushrooms and red bell pepper to skillet. Cook 2-3 mins, stirring often. Add broth, basil, thyme and crushed red pepper.

3Add salt. Bring to a boil, cooking 2 more mins. Reduce heat to low. Stir in sour cream. Cook, atirring until fully heated. Pour mix over pasta in bowl, toss to coat and serve.
