everyone's favorite italian spiral salad

I made this pasta salad 1st about 12 yrs ago and ever since then everyone's always begging me to make a HUGE bowl of it. It's that good. You can add other veggies if u like, but I found that w/ the minimal ones I have in this recipe, even the kids love it.

Ingredients For everyone's favorite italian spiral salad

  • 2
    16 oz packages-multi-colored spiral pasta
  • 1 md
    bunch, fresh broccoli florets
  • 1 l
    head, cauliflower, cut into florets
  • 2 c
    quartered cherry tomatoes
  • 1 c
    grated parmesan cheese, i used soy
  • 6 lg
    green onions, cleaned, chopped
  • 1/2 c
    chopped green bell pepper
  • 1
    10 oz bag, frozen peas & carrots, thawed
  • 2
    16 oz bottles ken's lite creamy italian-peppercorn dressing

How To Make everyone's favorite italian spiral salad

    Cook pasta until done, drain & rinse in cold water. In a large bowl, combine broccoli florets, cauliflower florets, thawed peas & carrots and green bell pepper.

    With a large spoon, stir gently. Add cherry tomatoes, parmesan cheese & green onions. Add cooled pasta and gently stir in both bottles of dressing.

    Make sure to stir well so that all ingredients get some of the dressing. Cover well and refrigerate for 2 hrs.
