crowd pleasing summer pasta salad

This past weekend, our family had a big family BBQ at my house. I wanted to make a pasta salad, since everyone seems to love them. I had to feed at least 14 people so I adapted a recipe I always use. There wasn't a veggie or pasta morsel left. sadly they all ate it before I could snag a picture, lol. Oh well, next time!

Ingredients For crowd pleasing summer pasta salad

  • 1 c
    extra virgin olive oil
  • 1/2 c
    white wine vinegar
  • 2 Tbsp
    lawry's seasoning salt substitute
  • 1 Tbsp
    dried, crushed italian style herbs
  • 2 Tbsp
    garlic-pepper seasoning
  • 3 c
    broccoli florets
  • 2 md
    yellow squash, cubed
  • 1 lg
    zucchini squash, cubed
  • 2 c
    grape tomatoes
  • 1 c
    sliced carrots
  • 1 c
    chopped red onion
  • 1 box
    rotini pasta

How To Make crowd pleasing summer pasta salad

    Cook pasta as directed, drain and cool.

    In a very lg serving bowl, whisk together oil, vinegar, seasoning salt, italian herbs and garlic pepper. Add the veggies and gently mix all.

    Add drained, cooled pasta and gently stir to mix. refrigerate until ready to serve.
