This past weekend, our family had a big family BBQ at my house. I wanted to make a pasta salad, since everyone seems to love them. I had to feed at least 14 people so I adapted a recipe I always use. There wasn't a veggie or pasta morsel left. sadly they all ate it before I could snag a picture, lol. Oh well, next time!

Ingredients For crowd pleasing summer pasta salad

1 cextra virgin olive oil

1/2 cwhite wine vinegar

2 Tbsplawry's seasoning salt substitute

1 Tbspdried, crushed italian style herbs

2 Tbspgarlic-pepper seasoning

3 cbroccoli florets
-
2 mdyellow squash, cubed

1 lgzucchini squash, cubed

2 cgrape tomatoes
-
1 csliced carrots
-
1 cchopped red onion

1 boxrotini pasta
How To Make crowd pleasing summer pasta salad

1Cook pasta as directed, drain and cool.

2In a very lg serving bowl, whisk together oil, vinegar, seasoning salt, italian herbs and garlic pepper. Add the veggies and gently mix all.

3Add drained, cooled pasta and gently stir to mix. refrigerate until ready to serve.
