I have a love for crab legs. I wish I lived in a fishing community so I could get fresh seafood anytime I wanted. It's hard to find it at a good price in the Midwest and decent quality for that matter. Every now and then I splurge and buy some lump crab meat though to make some of my favorite recipes. This is one of them. Just a simple pasta salad. Recipe is my own.

Ingredients For crab pasta salad-annette's

8 ozcrab meat, chopped

8 ozsmall pasta shells or macaroni

1/2 cred bell pepper, chopped

1/2 csweet onion, chopped

1/2 ccelery, chopped

2 Tbspparsley, chopped

2/3 cmayonnaise
-
2/3 csour cream
-
1/3 cchili sauce
-
2 Tbspdijon mustard
-
salt and pepper to taste
How To Make crab pasta salad-annette's

1Cook pasta and drain. Combine pasta, crab meat, celery, onion, red pepper and parsley.

2Add remaining ingredients in a separate bowl. Mix well. Pour over pasta and stir to combine.

3Chill for several hours before serving. Enjoy!
