I have a love for crab legs. I wish I lived in a fishing community so I could get fresh seafood anytime I wanted. It's hard to find it at a good price in the Midwest and decent quality for that matter. Every now and then I splurge and buy some lump crab meat though to make some of my favorite recipes. This is one of them. Just a simple pasta salad. Recipe is my own.

Ingredients For crab pasta salad-annette's

  • 8 oz
    crab meat, chopped
  • 8 oz
    small pasta shells or macaroni
  • 1/2 c
    red bell pepper, chopped
  • 1/2 c
    sweet onion, chopped
  • 1/2 c
    celery, chopped
  • 2 Tbsp
    parsley, chopped
  • 2/3 c
    mayonnaise
  • 2/3 c
    sour cream
  • 1/3 c
    chili sauce
  • 2 Tbsp
    dijon mustard
  • salt and pepper to taste

How To Make crab pasta salad-annette's

  • 1
    Cook pasta and drain. Combine pasta, crab meat, celery, onion, red pepper and parsley.

    Add remaining ingredients in a separate bowl. Mix well. Pour over pasta and stir to combine.

    Chill for several hours before serving. Enjoy!
