Ingredients For cowboy pasta salad

1 lbmini pasta shells

5scallions chopped

1 cfrozen corn thawed

15 ozcan black beans drained

2 ccherry tomatoes halved

2 cshredded sharp cheddar cheese

1 1/2 cmiracle whip

1/4 csweet baby rays golden mustard bbq sauce

1/4 cmilk
-
2 Tbspspicy brown mustard

2 Tbspworcestershire sauce

1 tsphot sauce
-
2 tspcumin
-
salt and pepper to taste
How To Make cowboy pasta salad

1Cook the pasta in salted boiling water until al'dente. Rinse with cold water. Place in a large bowl. Add the scallions, black beans, corn, cherry tomatoes, and cheese.

2In a separate bowl mix the miracle whip, milk, BBq sauce, Worcestershire Sauce, hot sauce, brown mustard, cumin and salt and pepper. Mix well.

3Pour over the macaroni mixture. Serve cold
