This salad is great right away but even better if stored overnight in the refrigerator. My husband, who does not like pasta salads, loves this one.

Ingredients For chicken pasta salad

8 oz. pkgmed. macaroni shells, cooked

4 mdchicken breasts cooked and cubed. (I bake mine)

1 cdiced celery

4 cgreen grapes - whole
-
1/2 pkgcraisins (sweetened dried cranberries)

1 cchopped pecans
-
1 cmayonaise
-
1/2 csour cream
-
1/4 csweet pickle relish
-
1 tspseasoned salt
-
1/2 tspcurry powder
-
2 Tbspsugar
How To Make chicken pasta salad

1Cook chicken however you prefer. I usually season and bake mine for 20 min. @350

2Boil shells until tender

3In large bowl assemble shells, chicken, diced celery, green grapes, pecans and craisins.

4Dressing: In small bowl mix mayonaise, sour cream, sweet pickle relish, seasoned salt, curry powder and sugar.

5Add dressing to chicken mixture and stir to coat. I usually use remaining craisins to decorate the top of the salad.
