Ingredients For chicken macaroni salad (my own version)

    macaroni, elbow
  • kg
    chicken breasts, boneless and skinless
  • lg
    eggs, hard boiled
  • c
    3 cups mayonaise
  • Tbsp
    3 tbsp yellow mustard
  • can
    tid bits can pineapple, drained
  • box
    small raisin
  • c
    1/2 cup sweet relish
  • pinch
    salt and pepper to taste
  • sm
    sweet onion, chopped
  • md
    carrot, cooke and diced

How To Make chicken macaroni salad (my own version)

    In a saucepan, boil chicken until done( no pink in the center).Let it cool. Cook macaroni pasta as directed ( see package direction).

    Shred the chicken. Chop the hardboiled egg. Combine all the ingredients. Refrigerate.

    Serve it cold.
