    elbow macaroni or shells, cooked and drained
  • 6 oz
    cheddar cheese, cut into small dice
  • 1 1/2 c
    baby peas (thawed if frozen)
  • 1 md
    green bell pepper, chopped
  • 1 md
    onion, chopped
  • 2/3 c
    sweet pickle relish
  • 1/4 c
    mayonnaise
  • 1/4 c
    yogurt or sour cream
  • 1/4 c
    pimientos, chopped
  • white pepper, to taste
